Focusing on pelvic floor muscle strength, CoreCare™ is an app and web portal designed to support the communication between you and your healthcare professional during a pelvic floor program.

CoreCare™ is a free service that enables healthcare professionals to customise pelvic floor programs for you that you can then access through the CoreCare™ application. Your tailored programs will feature a series of prompts that step your through the pelvic floor exercises, including diagrams for correct technique, length of hold, number of repetitions and rest time between each exercise.

The CoreCare™ program means that you can complete your pelvic floor exercises whenever or wherever you are, with a customised program and feedback from your healthcare professional.

Other features of CoreCare™ include a range of exercises from Basic, Advanced and Pregnancy, digital bladder and accident diaries, reporting, TENA product information, TENA sampling information and healthy bladder tips.

You gain access to CoreCare™ once you receive your client code from your healthcare professional.
