Crush Cancer 2013 is one of the fastest-growing fundraising events and health expos in Southern California, and will benefit Stand Up To Cancer's collaborative cancer research. The main event takes place in downtown Culver City on Saturday, October 12. Gyms from around the region will be participating, and individual enthusiasts are encouraged to attend as well. The health expo will feature local shops, restaurants and businesses to create a fun, family-friendly atmosphere. 

The Crush Cancer workout is 3 rounds, where each round consists of 1 minute at each of the stations listed below. The goal is to accumulate as many reps as possible.

RX Workout
1. Power Cleans (95/65lb)
2. Kettlebell Swings (24/16kg)
3. Burpees
4. Shoulder to Overhead (95/65lb)
5. Double Unders
6. Rest

Scaled Workout
1. Air Squats
2. Sit Ups
3. Burpees
4. Lunges
5. Jumping Jacks
6. Rest
