Currently, I hold a B.S. in Kinesiology / Exercise Science option from California State University Northridge and I am in the process of pursuing my Masters in Exercise Physiology. In addition, I am 5th Degree Black Belt in Kenpo and Shotokan Karate with 20 years experience as a martial arts practitioner.

However, I am well versed in different areas of training such as: Corrective Exercise, Injury Prevention, Strength and Conditioning, Athletic Performance and Weight Loss.

So, I combine my education, martial arts and specialties background to create complete programs that are specifically tailored to meet my clients goals so if you are looking for a POWER HOUSE TRAINER that can GUARANTEE the RESULTS YOU WANT....LOOK NO FURTHER!!!
