What is it about?
Destini.io allows you to audition anyone remotely, without going through the hassle of face to face meeting. This gives you the ability to pre-view their capability and then decide to bring them in for a face to face interview. The method of pre-selection is through a video posting. You can request an audition, and the responder can post a video meeting the criteria for the audition. The responder can use the Destini responder app which can be download from the App store.
