What is it about?

The temple will be known as Devi Sri Lalithaambigai Alayam. The temple complex will consist of shrines for Devi Lalithaambigai (main deity) Devi Saraswathy, Devi Sri Mahaletchumi, Devi Sri Rajarajeswari, Lord Ganapathy, Lord Subramanian and a shrine for the navagrahas. The two storey administrative building will consist an administrative office, a pantry, a small hall, quarters for the priest, multi purpose room and toilets for public use.  The temple will be build according to the Vesara style which contains elements of both Dravida style (South Indian architecture) and Nagara style (North India architecture) concept. This temple will also have pillars that will able to produce seven basic notes of music (the sapta swaranggal). In addition to the pillars a magnificent temple bell which will produce special vibration which also will be part of the tourist attraction despite of a place for the Hindu devotees to practice their religious right. This temple will be one of a unique kind in Putrajaya and in Malaysia.
