We help people quit drinking or cut back on drinking.

Drinker’s Helper is a companion app for people who are working to stop drinking alcohol or moderate their drinking. We provide a combination of drink tracking, insights, a support group, and motivational exercises to help you achieve your sobriety or moderation goals.

For free, you can:

* Take our alcohol test to assess your drinking
* Decide to stop drinking alcohol or set a moderate drinking goal
* Use our alcohol tracker to track your drinking vs. your limits on a weekly basis
* Make a pledge to stay sober for a certain number of days and track your sobriety
* Try the first exercise of every course in our library (up to 17 exercises in total) to help you resist urges to drink and build motivation to change your drinking

With DH Plus, our paid subscription, you can:

* Get advice and support from your online support group made up of other people with similar drinking histories
* Access the rest of our library of over 100 motivational exercises and mental tricks to help you stop drinking or achieve moderation
* Go beyond the drink tracker to get insights on why you drink, so you can develop your own strategies to stay sober

We hope that by joining the Drinker’s Helper community, you can:

* Discover you’re not alone in wanting to drink less or achieve sobriety
* Get and give meaningful support to others looking to stop drinking or cut back on drinking
* Learn about the short and long term effects of alcohol, the signs of alcohol abuse, and the benefits of sobriety
* Realize how much you’ve been drinking and become more mindful in your decisions regarding drinking
* Think through and build your personal motivation to quit drinking or drink less
* Learn skills to resist urges to drink
