倒れている子どもの意識の確認、周囲の協力者の有無（人数）、心臓マッサージの方法など、わかりやすく知らせます。
「これまで心臓マッサージの経験がないからわからない」「うまくできないせいで助からなかったらどうしよう」という救助者の不安を取り除き、１秒でも早い救助活動が導かれることを望んでいます。
