采购机构可根据机构自身需求，添加子级机构，并且对本几个的个人用户进行管理。对个人用户和机构进行统计查询，监管机构和个人用户的使用情况。
系统开发中提高用户体验，加强移动端的开发。机构会员提供PC端和APP端方便进行管理。个人用户只提供APP端，方便随时查看学习及考试。
