ECHO is an integrated lost property and/or mobility equipment management system. Designed to provide simple and efficient lost property management, while tracking all people and property, the app is used to capture lost property information as well as customers information. With a key focus on reducing the administration burden and making lost property simple to manage.

In conjunction with lost property, the app is designed to help manages business issued mobility equipment. From wheelchairs to mobility scooters, specialised trolleys and other equipment, the app allows critical information to be shared and captured with your customers. This allows repeat users to quickly borrow equipment and reduces the administration burden for busy customer relations managers.

Lost Property:
Whether your customers are handing in or reporting lost property, you as the property management team have a key responsibility to capture the information for later use. ECHO assists by:

• Autogenerated unique identifier to be issued to the lost property item for tracking
