Emoh is a very user-friendly and intuitive swipe-based mobile app for Landlords, Agents, Tenants and those seeking to Rent. It matches available properties to the user’s requirements.

Landlords and Agents can list their rental properties in a matter of minutes and advertise them within the app as well as market the properties via the usual portals. Landlords can view matched Tenants and their profiles and contact Tenants directly via Emoh Messenger. Tenants' profile displays essential information about the Tenant.

Tenants create their profile and add requirements to match suitable properties. Matched properties are placed in two folders: Landlords and Agents. Using simple 'finger swipe' method, Tenants can view all suitable properties. Users can like the property and place it in the Favourite folder, from where they have an option to chat with the Landlord or Agent directly.

Emoh messenger is easy and straight forward to use. The system allows, but does not require, users to share personal information. Tenants, Landlords and Agents are free to exchange contacts and arrange viewings outside of Emoh.
