EVAN is the first platform connecting business with Master Certified IT professionals that provide secure, transparent, reliable and on-demand IT assistance.

Requesting IT help is easy - here is how it works:
- Open the EVAN app and select the type of issue you need assistance with
- The app will match you with a Master Certified IT Professional that is qualified to assist with your IT needs
- You will then see your IT provider’s name, photo, credentials and can accept your match or re-match to choose another IT provider
- Your IT Pro will assist you remotely through a combination of chat, video, phone, screen sharing, and remote access
- Payment is entirely time-based with no surprise fees and handled directly through the app
- After your help session ends, you rate your IT Provider on service quality and can provide feedback to help us improve the EVAN experience
- All session information, including your IT Provider, service request, time of service, cost incurred and any chat or video logs will be documented and accessible to you through the app
