No internet connection, registration or personal details required.
A healthy monounsaturated, polyunsaturated, saturated and total fat intake is required for heart and brain health and a lower risk of heart attack, stroke, depression, schizophrenia, ADHD and dementia. A low carb, high "healthy" fat diet also aids weight loss and helps prevent and control type 2 diabetes.
Use the count and organiser tools to keep a daily record and bar chart illustration of the saturated, monounsaturated, and polyunsaturated and total fat in g and total fat %MADI provided by 250 heart healthy foods, 55 popular "not heart healthy" foods, and foods you choose to add to the counter in the quantities you’ve eaten.
