Every day you will get easy exercises that take around 5-10 minutes that make you understand yourself, to come closer to yourself and to value who you are. You will over a few weeks discover how valuable it is to use this time on yourself.

Self-worth is being able to feel good about yourself with no influence from another person or anything outside. It is something that most people (including highly successful people) struggle with.
To have healthy self-worth means that you have the belief that you are a valuable person regardless of what you have or haven't accomplished. It's the belief that you matter.
