There are five 12 week programs on the app, each require a separate purchase of $59.99 USD. In addition, there are two 8 weeks programs requiring a purchase of $34.99 USD.

Your program progress will save locally on your phone. If you want to save it dynamically to your user account, you have to sign up with email.
