FitnessOne is the first iPhone app that can create a custom, day-by-day workout plan that guides you through gym or home workouts for up to six months. Every FitnessOne workout (there are over 70) is created by a professional, certified trainer, and each trainer is certified by the NSCA, ACSM and NASM, so you can be sure you're getting effective and proven recommendations.
FitnessOne also has an extensive exercise library that features detailed descriptions, HD videos, pictures and coaching tips to make sure you get the most out of each movement. The built-in logging and analytics will ensure you stay on track to reach your goal, and calorie recommendations will tie all these pieces together.

Routine Builder
Routine Builder will create a custom workout plan based on the following variables: fitness goal (muscle gain, conditioning, fat loss), skill level (beginner, intermediate, advanced), body weight, routine duration (3 or 6 months), gym access (yes or no) and gender. Based on your selections, Routine Builder will create a workout that lasts for the specified duration and give you protein, fat and carbohydrate consumption guidelines. The routines will tell you exactly what to do every day of the week, and every routine will change in a goal-specific manner to make sure you continue progressing. More Routine Builder options will be added in future updates!
All Workouts
All Workouts lets you browse through every Fitness One workout. You can view all, or sort by ether home- or gym-specific workouts. Many workouts can be useful for multiple goals, but the goal the workout's best suited for is listed under the title.
Exercise Directory
The Exercise Directory lets you browse through every Fitness One exercise. You can view exercises in alphabetical order, or sort them by muscle group or equipment needed. You can even view every exercise you can perform at home if you don't have gym access.
Exercise Logs
Logging is available within every Fitness One workout, and Exercise Logs is where you can view what you've recorded and e-mail your data to yourself. You can go into any record and edit or delete a previous log. This is a great way to keep track of what you've done.
Analytics
Analytics takes your logs and breaks down the data, so you can view everything in an easy-to-analyze way. For any exercise you can view graphs that show how your weight lifted is progressing. You can also view average, minimum and maximum weight lifted, as well as the total repetitions performed for the exercise. This is a fun and very useful tool to make sure your efforts are yielding positive results.
