The app allows you to fill a flight plan and submit it by email to multiple recipients including the relevant Air Traffic Services Reporting Office (ARO) email address.
Note that an email app is NOT included. This app requires a fully configured and functional email account.
It is your responsibility to know the appropriate email addressees of the destination entities. Consult the appropriate Aeronautical Information Publication (AIP).
After filling the flight plan form, on selecting 'send email' a prepared email will be presented in your email client for your final approval.
The flight plan details and guide instructions are described in the ICAO DOC 4444 (Air Traffic Management).
