A chat between you and your client is just a click away, including exchanging documents, photos and videos. Get photos of claims evidence, identification checks in an instant. Share policy or proposal documents and get feedback immediately.

The Flowable Engage service can operate in a variety of one-to-one, group and team desk modes. One moment you can be chatting with an assigned client and the next you're picking up a team ticket to work on.
