- Seated Bodyweight Program: This 12-week program is ideal for maintaining or building muscle, improving balance and increasing strength—all while staying seated. This program uses bodyweight exercises, making it gentle on your joints but still effective for strength training.

- Quick Workoutt: These short, effective workouts, which are separate from my longer programs, are no longer than 15 minutes and are perfect for staying on track when you’re short on time.
