GO Code is the new 21st century postal and location code that can be used to find places, people, friends, (or even your enemies!), anywhere on the island of Ireland.

When you run GO Code, you can see what your current location is and its GO Code appears on screen that you can tell to someone, text or email it - they can see your location on their iPhone or look it up on the web at www.gocode.ie.
GO Code is perfect for places that don't already have a postcode, and it's more accurate than traditional postcodes – you can identify locations within 4 metres with GPS phones.

This Ad Free version of the GO Code application allows you to see your current location anywhere on the island of Ireland. You can also move the map around on screen and target the place you want to get a code for, hit a button and the GO Code appears.

You can enter a GO Code that someone else gives you, save it with your own description, and recall it when you want. The application links with Google Maps so you can work out the location you want to code in Map, Satellite or Hybrid mode. If you have Navigon or TomTom installed, you can enter a GO Code and navigate to it with your preferred application. You can also text your GO Code to friends from the application.

Let the AA know where your car has broken down - they can look it up on the web at www.gocode.ie. Let friends know where a restaurant, pub or nightclub is.
