GoSutton is a new on-demand bus service for people travelling around/inSutton, providing easy, affordable, and efficient travel when you need it, where you need it.

How does GoSutton work?
Our service, brought to you by TfL and ViaVan and operated by Go-Ahead London, enables passengers to share their journey with others travelling in the same direction. Once you request a ride by inputting your origin and your destination, our algorithm matches you in real-time with a state-of-the-art bus that picks you up and drops you off at nearby corners.

GoSutton is available 7 days a week, and you can check exact service hours at https://gosutton.co.uk.

How long will I wait?
You'll always get an accurate estimate of your pick-up time before booking. You can also track your minibus in real time in the app.

How many passengers will I share a bus with?
The number of passengers you will share a journey with varies based on capacity and your chosen destination. Our comfortable buses can easily accommodate up to 10 people.

Can I use Freedom Pass?
Yes, we accept both Freedom Passes as well as English National Travel Scheme cards in this service. If you have a Freedom Pass you can enter your ID in the login section of the app; if you have an English National Travel Scheme card please email us at support@gosutton.co.uk and we’ll activate you in the system.

What else do I need to know about using the service?
If you require the use of a wheelchair space, you can mark yourself in the app under your rider profile.

Children under 13 are only allowed on the service with a registered adult.
