Thanks to our detailed voiced and text instructions and interactive 3D animations, you will easily do all the yoga poses included in our workouts. Your personal yoga trainer will also show you how to begin and end each poses. In order to start your yoga class, simply press "Start". Every day, our free yoga app will suggest a new class to ensure that all parts of your body are developed and strengthened harmoniously.

The app is a perfect choice for both beginners and more advanced students, regardless of their age and gender. Men are particularly recommended to practice yoga. Our beginner yoga app has a number of advantages:
