GPSLogbook - Your GPS Logger

Track your GPS location while you're on the go, while the app stays in the background. While the recording is running, use your device for calls, browsing, ...

You can export your loggings later by mail, Dropbox or iTunes, as KML, KMZ, GPX, or CSV files or view them on the device.

NO internet connection is necessary for logging (nice when you travel abroad - data roaming is very expensive!). You can even log with flight mode activated (iOS 8.3 or above required).

OPTIONALLY you can send your current position to a server of your choice or GPSLogbook's web service. So your friends can follow you online. It's a great feature! Server pings of course need an internet connection. No need to register - completely anonymous.

Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
Turn off your screen to preserve battery life.
Please keep in mind, GPSLogbook uses the iPhone GPS module, so the app is only as accurate as it gets GPS data. So please try to get best sky sight.
Privacy Issues - no data will be transferred to our servers as long as you don't use the GPSLogbook web service "FollowMe".
Do not use this app actively while driving!
