HandyFitness is a training app that can be continued every day effortlessly, and does not require any equipment.

Generate training randomly at each level. Many recommended courses are also available.

You can see the movement at a glance with the illustration. In the dynamic menu, the animation function explains the movement clearly. When the remaining time is 3 seconds, the voice countdown starts and improves your motivation.

Courses and exercises are prepared in three levels, and can be used widely from beginners to athletes.

The course is about 5 minutes per set, so even those who are busy and not in time can train in a little spare time. The number of sets can be customized and set according to your desired strength and time.
