Smart Building app cuts heating & energy costs using the HeatingSave smart building system. The app controls heating/cooling, lights, smart card access control, intruder management + real-time speech alerts to warn of plant and equipment failures, security breaches and intruder detection.

Automatic occupancy detection; moving the temperature to a “background” when areas are not used and then quickly bringing back to temperature when they are occupied.

Smart Meter energy consumption display on the app that works with the UK Government roll-out of Smart Meters using the HAN.
