HOW IT WORKS:

FIRED (behaviors) - Family expectations or rules are set and measured on a daily basis to drive awareness. Catch your kid not following an expectation and give them a warning x. Too many x’s? Go ahead and FIRE your kid! Children learn quickly that their behavior leads to recognition or consequences in this playful gaming format.

The object of the game is for the players (kids) to finish each Pay Period without getting fired and earn the incentive ‘Not Fired’ and ‘Teamwork’ Bonuses making them eligible for the Employee of the Month.
