För att kunna delta i ett videosamtal med oss behöver du göra följande:
* Ladda ner och installera Appen i din mobiltelefon
* Godkänn att Appen får tillgång till mikrofon och bild
* Logga in med mobilt BankID. Saknar du mobilt BankID kan du ansöka om det via din bank
* Vid den tidpunkt som du kommit överens med oss om ett möte kommer vi ringa upp dig.
* Framöver kommer du även kunna boka tid med oss i Appen och skicka in information via meddelande eller chat.
