Note: HyperLocal collects no information about the user; only the GPS location of the device, for the purposes of ensuring that pertinent messages are always displayed. Your device location is never shared - only an estimation of 'distance away' is visible on the screen. You can add 'friends' and their messages will show their name, but only if you've scanned their QR code directly. Each QR code is valid only for a short period of time.
