App Store Description

Imagining the City is a location-based book of short stories set in inner city Brisbane, Australia.
You can locate each chapter in relation to where you are on the map and read the story in situ if you wish! Bonus material, including author's notes, inspirational images and an audio recording of each story by the author is included.

Imagining the City was produced as part of Australian Research Council Grant (LP0882274) called Respecting the Past, Imagining the Future: Using Narrative and New Media in community Engagement and Urban Planning by researchers for the Queensland University of Technology's (QUT) Creative Industries Faculty (http://www.qut.edu.au/).

Personas, or characters were developed to help inform the design of city apartments, then we invited writers to imagine how one of these apartment-living characters might inhabit the city of Brisbane.
