Building an interactive storyteller application for Smartphones and Tablets addresses a realistic need created by the lack of time imposed by modern urban lifestyles in today's society. This application enables parents to build electronic publishing of printed stories with their own narratives, while children can not only navigate the pages of an online fairy tale, but this is done by listening to the voice of their own parent. Naturally, this can still not replace the parent's physical presence or reading in real time, but adds a level of intimacy and an important personalization parameter to the whole process.
