iQPrompter Studio

IQPrompter Studio adds live-performance features for multi-unit, synchronized, playlists of lyrics, controllable from any unit. It even supports independent networks for venues with more than one performer. Separate playlists can be created, from a common repertory, for each individual event or venue. Sequential progression of a playlist is automatic, but can overridden by the performer.

Note that an individual purchaser can use one app on multiple devices, and enjoy the connection features between synchronized devices with auto-download of selected scripts (or lyrics) and playlists.

IQPrompter Studio is based on iQPrompter, the premier teleprompter app for iPad, now with a remote control having a synchronized prompter screen. It can import/export scripts, audio, video, and photos via social media, Dropbox, eMail, YouTube, AirDrop, and iCloud.

Requires iOS 8.0 or later. Remote communication should not require local WiFi for nearby newer devices having a Lightning connector. There have been major internal revisions in v. 5.0. Please file bug reports if you experience any issues.

SOCIAL MEDIA

Video podcasts or field reports can be uploaded to YouTube, then immediately included in a linked Tweet to announce availability, optionally including location and photos. Direct Twitter messages can be sent and the user timeline viewed. Map/Satellite views are included for to display locations.

With direct uploads to DropBox, eMail, Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter, it is the ideal speaker’s companion, or ENG device for creating, managing, practicing, pacing, presenting, and recording speeches, and for making them available to others. Included are many other upload features to these services, independent of prompter text or media.

EXTERNAL/AIRPLAY

An external monitor or teleprompter has independent flip settings and adjustable underscan. AirPlay allows wireless output to a TV or projector. Optionally includes alarms and progress indication.
