JAL Lounge+

JAL Lounge+ is an app provided for your more comfortable stay at the JAL First Class Lounge of the Narita Airport Main Building
※This app has been developed for joint demonstration experiments by Japan Airlines Co.,Ltd., Nomura Research Institute, Ltd., and SATO Corporation.

=Main functions=
◆ Current Lounge Status
The degree of congestion of the “Main Building Lounge” and “Satellite Lounge” is displayed.

◆ Map
A map of the main building lounge on the 4th floor and a map from the main building lounge to the boarding gate are displayed.

◆ Dining
Menus of “Sushi Tsurutei”, “Seasonal Wine Selection”, and “Special Selection of Sake”are available.

◆ Food Order
You can order your meal (JAL's Table).
As soon as the meal is ready, the staff will deliver it to your table.
Available for use only at the dining space on the 4th floor lounge of the main building.
Depending on the time of day or situation, the service may not be available.

◆ Shower Room Booking
You can book a shower room on the 3rd floor of the main building.
When the shower room becomes available, a notification will be sent to your smartphone.
Available for use only at the main building lounge.
Depending on the time of day or situation, the service may not be available.

◆ Staff Call
You can call the lounge staff.
Available for use only at the 4th floor lounge of the main building.
