Delivery agent need to accept or decline the request so that it will be redirected to other nearby delivery agent .
Delivery agent will be able to update his delivery status during his trip between the merchant and customer place .

Delivery agent can turn off his duty when he is unavailable for the day work
Delivery agent will be updated with OTP to ensure the movement of requested items from madaw partner to the particular customer.
