HOW IT WORKS
MindProgram®, allows us to acquire, habits, educating our mind. The mind is programmed as these tests are performed; eg. If you want to lower your stress level, and eating better, you could set alarms as; "Walk a while and take a break!" Or "Remember to eat a fruit!". As you perform these activities, the mind is recording until installed as habits. That's why we need these tests. You must perform the test really trying to fulfill the slogan of reminder! If we spend all reminders without making the slogans, it will be more difficult program your mind successfully. So remember that it is extremely important to follow the slogan of the alarms!
WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM THE APP?
You will program your mind set, you can incorporate habits and customs that will improve your quality of life! That is why reminders must always be positive. (the app provide you a set of tools for that). How you use them and what you do with them is your responsibility. Each individual is different too; but each time you use the app, you become stronger, clearer, and more masterful with it.
To program the mind, a set of alarms is used. These are,approximately within the time range that was chosen and allow you to perform the desired action. Quickly, your mind will acquire the habit of automatically perform these actions and subsequently no longer need the program!
