App Store Description

Mulligan Solitaire is an original solitaire (or patience) card game from MmpApps with the no nonsense MmpApps card game interface. Mulligan builds on traditional solitaire games but adds a unique twist to the genre.

Also included is the game Birdie with similar rules except you have four stacks to build on not just one.

Totally free. No in-app purchases.

The objective is to move all the cards from the tableau onto the foundation. Cards build on the foundation up or down in rank and suits do not matter. The game also features continuous ranking (meaning that Aces stack on Kings and 2's on Aces and aces on 2's and Kings on Aces going the other way in rank.

Cards may not be moved except to promote them to the foundation and only the top card in each of the seven stacks can be moved. This is a complete information game. All cards are face up and the only luck involved is in the initial deal. From there on it is all about choice and strategy.

The unique thing about Mulligan is the inclusion of "Mulligan" cards. Three cards from the deck and four wild cards form a row above the 7x7 tableau cards and you can play these cards at any time to the foundation. Since the top card on the foundation determines what cards can be played to the foundation these cards are the only way to keep going when you are stuck and using them correctly is essential.

You win when the last card is removed from the board or lose if you have no more legal moves.
