Wir nennen die Bäckerei „opa’s brot“. Sie wurde 1912 von unserm Ururopa Rudi Färbinger gegründet.
Dass ausschließlich die besten Rohstoffe aus Österreich eingekauft und in den altbewährten Rezepten, ohne die Beigabe von Zusatzstoffen, verarbeitet werden ist unsere Überzeugung. So werde ich, unterstützt durch mein tolles Team, die Qualitätsarbeit mit viel Liebe zum Handwerk, Kreativität und neuen Ideen fortführen. Unsere Werte schmeckt man in jedem Bissen.
