App Store Description

View ongoing events Panther has detected in your Cerner Millennium® system.

You can’t fix problems in your hospital’s Cerner Millennium® system until you know what they are. Softek Panther sensors continually monitor your EMR and create an event whenever they detect an abnormality. The Events app lets you see all the events currently open in Panther anytime, anywhere.

Our Events app accesses a secure web service available to Panther clients. Once you log in, you’ll see a list of all the sensor groups – Chart Server, IBM WebSphere MQ, Millennium, Open Engine, Operations, Oracle and Remote Report Distribution. From this list you can easily look at events open for an entire group or for individual sensors.

Before running the Events app, you will need to contact Panther Support to enable the web service and establish the necessary network connection. To schedule an upgrade or enable the web services contact Panther Client Services. Then you’ll be able to stay continually abreast of the issues compromising your Millennium system – and take immediate action so that patients continue to get the quality care they deserve.
