Imagine, you are attending a networking conference at an event with an objective to get a job in your dream company for a management consultant profile. You are aware that among 200 members in the room there is a senior manager of your dream team also attending the event, unfortunately, you don’t know his name (and he is also not wearing a name tag).

On a normal day, you will have to swiftly shake hands with about 50 delegates asking about their name and company details before moving on (with an excuse!). By end of the first hour you realise that person you wanted to connect with had an urgent phone call and is about to leave the conference. You try to talk to him but he is in hurry and he leaves the conference room mentioning his name (in a hurried manner) and requesting you to connect via LinkedIn. Even though you got the first name ‘Andrew’ but could not catch his last name ‘Oberholzer’ properly due to foreign accent. Lost opportunity!!
