PerDiemMIL is the iPhone app that carries an updatable per diem database on-board, so it works no matter where you are in the world. NOTE: Since CONUS rates are not affected by currency fluctuations, they may not change during a fiscal year. OCONUS rates are updated monthly.

- No cell signal, no problem.
- iPod Touch and no WiFi, no problem.

PerDiemMIL only needs an Internet connection to initially load and then to occasionally update its database.
