The Postura team created the program while working inside some of Silicon Valley’s most famous companies, helping their “desk warriors” combat Office Syndrome - slouching, neck and back pain, low energy, etc. We’re now bringing it to the public to help people live everyday life a little more effortlessly.

WHAT THIS POSTURE APP DOES FOR YOU:

Postura teaches you how to unravel years of tension you’ve unknowingly accumulated and straighten your spine through deep stretching, self-massage, muscle activation, and a bit of humor. You’ll see results almost immediately and the health benefits will compound for the rest of your life. Every course is designed to be done anytime and anywhere, for roughly 5 minutes every day. Proper posture and calm confidence are the end result.

WHAT YOU’LL GET:

- A customized track based off of your goals for having proper posture
