In addition, as a communications medium, it is always providing you with the newest information on other products, the innovations and everything that is new in the Allgaier Process Technology product range.

The App, which is intuitive to use, is currently available for all newly delivered Allgaier tumbler screening machines. Every new machine comes equipped with its very own QR code. The machine can be uniquely identified immediately by scanning the code. The digital twin, an interactive drawing of your own machine, guides you easily to the appropriate spare parts. You can select and send an inquiry for these parts directly to Allgaier with one simple click. In addition, with your mobile device, you can view the documentation of the specific machine right at your production site. Even during scheduled maintenance or in the event of a malfunction, it only takes one click to contact a Service Department employee.
