Prop2GO

Prop2GO is a simple version of Inspect2GO’s property inspection software. This standard iPad app includes checklists, help buttons, status boxes, photo taking, note taking, scoring and reporting capabilities. The inspector is guided through a list of questions, and is prompted to record observations. Upon completion, a PDF report is sent that includes all of the recorded information. This store version of the app is tailored to residential use. Customers contact Inspect2GO directly to discuss advanced versions for commercial property with document management and custom reporting capabilities.

The application is initially free to download and try a limited number of times. After several reports have been completed, an in-app purchase enables the user to buy a batch of reports and continue use of the app.

Capabilities (Standard)
•Reports – Formatted property inspection reports are sent in PDF format directly from the iPad
•Photos – Take photos of issues and include them in the final report (this version of the app is limited to 15 photos, custom versions have unlimited photo capacity)
•Status – Rate each item
--“NW” indicates “New”
--“OK” indicates “Satisfactory”
--“CL” indicates “Needs Cleaning
--“RE” indicates “Replace or Repair”
--“NA” indicates “Not Applicable
•Scoring – Each property is given a percentage score indicating the number of items rated as “New”, “OK”, etc. This score can be used to compare the property to prior inspections, or to other similar properties
•Help – Each item has a “help” button giving the user detailed descriptions of the items to be inspected
