What's the best place to meet a buyer or seller?
Somewhere public, well lit and preferably during the daytime. Go with a friend. Police stations are ideal.

Why was my IP blocked?
Craigslist will automatically block your IP for the following reasons: Using multiple accounts from one IP address to post; Posting in too many different cities; Posting too many duplicates listings; Searching multiple cities using one IP concurrently (multi city search). IP blocks usually only last 12-24 hours.

How do I avoid scams?
If it's too good to be true, it most likely is. Never provide credit card, bank or personal info (SSN) over email, phone or text. Avoid accepting checks and payments via Western Union or wire. International buyers are almost always scams.
