REL-ID

The REL-ID APP enables you to securely access your enterprise applications. With its intuitive interface and simple activation process, it ensures you can get your work done anytime, anywhere and from any device. It serves as a simple, on-demand hotline to the enterprise applications you are authorized to access, with security transparently built into the access mechanism.

The access to backend enterprise services is provided via an on-device single-threaded 'digital network adapter' that offers various integration facades for 3rd-party applications. These facades include - HTTP proxy, SOCKS proxy and Forwarded TCP/IP ports.

*Fast*
As compared to contemporary VPN-based access, REL-ID offers excellent response (in terms of network latency). This is due to its unique design that implements tunneling in OSI layer 5.

*Secure*
REL-ID uses the patented RMAK protocol, which provides a unique MITM-proof mutual authentication mechanism that protects all communication with the enterprise applications. Additionally it provides an application-to-application network that limits access to and from only authorized enterprise applications.

*Usage of Location Services*
The REL-ID APP uses your iPhone's Location Service in order ensure the closest and appropriate REL-ID GATEWAY servers are used to enable your enterprise application access. The app also periodically captures Location information as part of a detailed audit trail maintained for backend REL-ID Enterprise Command Centre's admin reporting modules.
