Ropay aims to solve the problem of-
Removing the burden of predatory loans/ financial vulnerability of employees while allowing companies to focus on the business rather than financial grievances of employees.

Ropay breaks the salary cycle and allows employees to take their salary as it is earned. Even on a daily basis.

The thinking is that a working employee shouldn’t have to take a loan just because his or her earned salary is not accessible to them.

Employees can also keep track of transactions and pay slips without having to request it from their employer.
