The SAAN art-app is an experience.

SAAN have been making their intricate soundscapes for over 8 years now, and their new album 'as the morning, claiming light' is the culmination of almost 3 years of creative development. The music was recorded on one day in one take, layers were added to the music, the music tracks became films and the films became an app.

The aim of the app was to create a digital listening sanctuary seperate from the white noise of the internet. Here you can have an intimate and ongoing experience of the music and the films, outside of the infinite scrolling of social media and mainstream music consumption. Feel slower here.
