1. If you can’t import photo or video please check
iOS Setting -> Privacy -> Photos -> Look for Log Calculator -> If it off, enable on.

2. Due to photo and video privacy policy, make sure to enable location service on by go to iOS setting -> Privacy -> Location Service -> Look for Log Calculator icon -> If it off, enable on.

3. Make sure to backup passcode to e-mail. Because We can’t send you a recover passcode.

4. In case, you want to change to new device. Make sure to backup your old device and restore from backup on your new device in order to get all data back.
