To use the "editor" choose a wallpaper, then select "Edit" in the bottom right corner. On the editor menu press the scissors icon. Thanks! Please be sure to crop your photo the correct size BEFORE you use the overlays (9:16 for iPhone 5 / 3:4 for iPhone)!
