Smart Sign Out is the world's first iPad application designed to improve handoff communication and patient safety by giving doctors and other medical professionals rapid access to critical data needed to make safe patient care decisions.

An increasing number of studies have identified the sign out process as a pitfall in patient safety. Smart Sign Out was developed to take those issues head-on. This primarily iPad-based application provides physicians with a synchronized sign out list that contains the most pertinent information needed to help make sound medical decisions.
