Jacques attended Tulane University in New Orleans, LA where he earned his BS in Business Management in 1994 and attended Loyola University School of Law in New Orleans, LA where he earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence in 1998. Jacques is a Current Texas State Bar Member since 2004.

Jacques originally comes from Mexico City. He is a fluent bilingual citizen of both Mexico and the U.S. As a law student, Jacques served on Law Review, publishing written articles as an outstanding legal scholar. He spent many years working under District Attorney Harry Connick in New Orleans, Louisiana as a prosecutor. He worked his way up to chief prosecutor before electing to open his own practice in the State of Texas. For over 10 years, he has practiced Personal Injury Law and Civil Litigation, obtaining justice for many injured Texans and their families by bringing them millions of dollars. Jacques is an avid surfer and rides his Harley-Davidson motorcycle every chance he gets. He has the type of sensitivity for motorcycle riders who are injured when someone hits them that only a fellow rider can have!
