The audios have been beautifully recorded to a very high quality and the peaceful music in the background of the hypnosis tracks can enhance your state of relaxation, helping you to absorb the hypnotic suggestions easily and effortlessly.

These calming meditations guide you on a beautiful journey into relaxation, where you’re free to do nothing but just ‘be’ in the moment and allow your body, mind and spirit to benefit from a well-deserved break. Simply close your eyes and allow the soothing recordings to help you de-stress, relax and let go.
